Action Learning & Growth Strategy Workshop

In this one-day training, your company’s team will learn the principles of Jobs-to-be-Done thinking, by following the five steps of the Outcome-Driven Innovation® process. For each step, an Edizon Managing Partner or Innovation Strategist will hold a theoretical lecture, followed by real life examples. Participants will then deepen their knowledge through the application of practical examples.

JTBD + ODI Master Class (internal)        

In this one-day master class, your team will learn the principles of Jobs-to-be-Done thinking, by following the five steps of the Outcome-Driven Innovation® process. For each step, an Edizon Managing Partner or Innovation Strategist will hold a theoretical lecture, followed by an example tailored to your company. Participants will then apply their knowledge by solving your company’s specific challenge. Edizon will conduct the desk research, examination of customer material and in-depth expert interviews according to the ODI techniques and standards. To ensure optimal learning effects, the number of participants is limited to 20. After the completion of the JTBD + ODI Master Class, participants will receive the “Level 2 Certificate JTBD+ODI Foundation”.

Our consultancy services range from pilot projects to full application of the Outcome-Driven Innovation® process:

Growth Strategy Pilot Project

In the Growth Strategy Pilot Project, you will apply the Outcome-Driven Innovation Process® to a pilot project of your choice. Edizon will conduct the desk research, examination of customer material and in-depth expert interviews according to the ODI techniques and standards. The results will then be discussed with the project team in a 1-day workshop in order to draft a strategy for your company’s growth.

Growth Strategy Pilot Project Plus

In the Growth Strategy Pilot Project Plus, you will apply the Outcome-Driven Innovation Process® to a pilot project of your choice, with extended analysis and workshop services. Edizon will conduct the desk research, examination of customer material and in-depth expert and customer interviews according to the ODI techniques and standards. The results are then discussed with the project team and selected customers in a 1.5-day workshop in order to draft a strategy for your company’s growth.

Growth Strategy Sprint Project

The Growth Strategy Sprint Project is the accelerated application of the Outcome-Driven Innovation® process in your company. Edizon will conduct a comprehensive research, including qualitative methods, streamlined quantitative and segmentation methods, and an analysis of the data in order to deliver a data model. Experience has shown that a Growth Strategy Sprint Project can be completed in three to four months. It is divided into three phases; from market selection to creating a data model. In each phase there is a workshop with an interdisciplinary team, which is prepared and moderated by us.

Growth Strategy Full-Scale Project

The Growth Strategy Full-Scale Project is the complete application of the Outcome-Driven Innovation® process in your company. Edizon will conduct a comprehensive research, including qualitative, quantitative and segmentation methods, as well as the analysis of the data in order to deliver a data model that will steer decisions throughout your company for years to come. Experience has shown that a Growth Strategy Full-Scale Project can be completed in five to six months. It is divided into four phases; from market selection to growth strategy definition. In each phase there is a workshop with an interdisciplinary team, which is prepared and moderated by us.
