JTBD Market Opportunity Check
In a JTBD Market Opportunity Check, Edizon will explore your market ecosystem through interviews with customers and/or internal experts. In a subsequent workshop we will begin to evaluate job-based markets together with your team. The goal is to find initial answers to the question: “Where can we find new market opportunities?”

JTBD Product Opportunity Check
In the JTBD Product Opportunity Check Edizon will create a rough job map through interviews with customers and/or internal experts. In the following workshop we evaluate your products and services together with your team and answer the question: Where can we find new product and service opportunities?

Growth Strategy Pilot Project
In the Growth Strategy Pilot Project, you will apply the Outcome-Driven Innovation Process® to a pilot project of your choice. Edizon will do desk research, examine customer material and conduct in-depth expert interviews according to the ODI techniques and standards. The results will then be discussed with your project team in a 1-day workshop in order to draft an initial growth strategy for your company.

Customer-Centric Innovation Sprint
In close collaboration with Pioneers, start-ups or internal entrepreneurs ,we are able to combine our strengths in the brand new Customer-Centric Innovation Sprint.
Within this project format we create Click Dummies, Business Models or Pitch Decks and in 3 steps we uncover what your customers really want.

Growth Strategy Lean Project
The Growth Strategy Sprint Project is the accelerated application of the Outcome-Driven Innovation® process in your company. Edizon will conduct a comprehensive research, including qualitative methods, streamlined quantitative and segmentation methods, and an analysis of the data.
Experience has shown that a Growth Strategy Sprint Project can be completed in three to four months. It is divided into three phases; from market selection to creating a data model.

Growth Strategy Full-Scale Project
The Growth Strategy Full-Scale Project is the complete application of the Outcome-Driven Innovation® process in your company. Edizon will conduct a comprehensive research, including qualitative, quantitative and segmentation methods, as well as the analysis of the data.
Experience has shown that a Growth Strategy Full-Scale Project can be completed in five to six months. It is divided into four phases; from market selection to growth strategy definition.

JTBD Master Class Basic (internal)
In this 1-day master class, your team will learn the principles of JTBD thinking, by following the five steps of the ODI® process. For each step, we will outline the theory, followed by an application example tailored to your company.
Participants will then apply their knowledge to a specific growth challenge in your company. To ensure an optimal learning experience, the number of participants is limited to 20. Upon completion of the JTBD + ODI Master Class, participants will receive the Certificate JTBD+ODI “Knowledge”.
