If you ask us what the highlights were during these two days, it is very difficult to pick out any from the abundance of great contributions. At this point we would just like to mention Roche Diabetes Care’s journey on how to put the patient in the center of the decision-making process described by Marco De Polo, Head Strategic Insights & Open Innovation in a ping-pong session with Dietfried Globocnik, Innovation Strategist at Edizon. We are also particularly pleased to have Lance A. Bettencourt, Associate Professor from Neeley School of Business and bestseller author, who gave us a presentation on trends and technologies.
As the grand finale of the two successful days, the JTBD Award Europe was ceremoniously presented to Mayer & Co Beschläge GmbH (MACO) (1st place), Roche Diabetes Care (2nd place) and Borealis AG (3rd place) that had made a special contribution to the further development of the method. If you want to be one of the winners of the JTBD Award Europe next year, apply (verlinken) now for it. Through your application for the award you can secure one ticket for the JTBD Summit 2022 free of charge.
Has your interest been raised? Then mark already the date March 30-31, 2022 for the 3rd JTBD Summit Europe, which will be hopefully held in Vienna, in your calendar!
To bridge the time until 2022 you can find more impressions of our 2nd JTBD Summit Europe on our review page or register for an innovation training of our JTBD Institute Europe like our JTBD Virtual Master Class Basic on June 16-17, 2021.
A big thank you to all our speakers and attendees, without whom it would not have been possible to hold such a great innovation event.
