At the beginning of October, after several weeks of intensive work, we were able to put our new and innovative JTBD e-learning platform online so that you can further develop your innovation skills.
This e-learning platform is designed to provide you with an easy way to roll out jobs-to-be-done thinking throughout your organization. The goal for you and your team is to develop a common understanding and language for innovation.
In this basic course, you will get an overview of the Jobs-to-be-Done Theory and the five steps of the Outcome-Driven-Innovation® process. You will learn how to define a market for innovation and how to create job maps by working on a case example.
By providing videos, exercises, quizzes and reading material, the e-learning platform enables beginners and advanced learners to familiarize themselves with and internalize the way JTBD thinks and innovates. For more information, please click here.
