This year, we are participating in the HR Inside Summit with a workshop in the topic block “Trends & Innovation”. This will not take place in the Hofburg as usual, but ticketholders and new interested parties will have for the first time the opportunity to experience this session online in a free agile webinar with a maximum of 100 people. Two topic sessions of 60 minutes will take place on each date.
Innovation is always measured by customers in terms of outcome. But what is the real customer problem? Why are customers willing to remain loyal to a supplier, and even pay more for a product or service? And how can the digital transformation be aligned to create measurable added value for customers?
In our 60-minute workshop, our Managing Partner Martin Pattera will present a new perspective on innovation from the customer’s point of view. The “Outcome-Driven Innovation” framework will be presented, with which it is possible to “classify” all teams and different areas in the company to a uniform understanding of the most important unmet and perhaps hidden customer needs. If everyone pulls together, then innovation happens to be “outcome driven” and the own performance becomes “irreplaceable” for customers.
