This year, we are participating in the HR Inside Summit with a workshop in the topic block “Trends & Innovation”. This will not take place in the Hofburg as usual, but for the first time ticket holders and new interested parties will have the opportunity to experience these sessions in a small but fine setting with a maximum of 50 people on various dates in Vienna. The dates are split up according to the main topics and comprise a total of 6 sessions per date.
Innovation is always measured by customers in terms of outcome. But what is the real customer problem? Why are customers willing to remain loyal to a supplier, and even pay more for a product or service? And how can the digital transformation be aligned to create measurable added value for customers?
In our 90-minute workshop, our Managing Partner Martin Pattera will present a new perspective on innovation from the customer’s point of view. The “Outcome-Driven Innovation” framework will be presented, with which it is possible to “classify” all teams and different areas in the company to a uniform understanding of the most important unmet and perhaps hidden customer needs. If everyone pulls together, then innovation happens to be “outcome driven” and the own performance becomes “irreplaceable” for customers.
