Learning JTBD in the "Real world, real learning" context: Impressions of the 1st JTBD MASTER CLASS
33 participants from 11 countries joined Edizon’s 1st JTBD MASTER CLASS, which took place on October 24 in Vienna’s elegant Hilton Hotel. Workshop moderators Martin Pattera from Edizon and Petr Salz from Strategyn gave insights on the latest developments in Jobs-to-be-Done (JTBD) theory and Outcome-Driven Innovation® (ODI) with focus on the topics “Market Definition” and “How to use the Data Model to Formulate a Winning Growth Strategy”.
The participants and the Edizon team enjoyed the informal atmosphere and openness driven by the desire to discuss innovation challenges with peers and learn from other innovation leaders. A highlight was the Live Interview Session with Florian Dahm from Peri on the job-to-be-done “Develop a Presentation”. This premiere gave deep insights on ODI interview techniques, and illustrated how the methodology is able to uncover and structure customer needs in a complete, unambiguous and solution-free way.
You can find a recording of this interview on our Facebook profile. Thank you to all our dedicated participants, to Florian and to our team members for this valuable workshop!
