We implement the Jobs-to-be-Done perspective with Outcome-Driven Innovation® in your company. The ODI process leads from market definition to customer insight and opportunity discovery to the development of a strategy for growth.
More about ODIExperience shows that an Outcome-Driven Innovation® project can be completed in three to six months. It is divided into four phases from the market definition to the development of the growth strategy. In each phase, an interdisciplinary team from your company completes a workshop, which is prepared and moderated by us.
For a complete survey of customer needs in a target market, qualitative research is conducted by experienced Outcome-Driven Innovation® experts. Typically, in-depth qualitative interviews are carried out with target customers, supplemented by research in online communities and selected literature from experts. A complete job map typically includes 100-150 detailed, measurable customer needs.
The collected customer needs are then assessed in a quantitative study. The Outcome-Driven Innovation® algorithm identifies the customer needs with the greatest innovation potential. In addition, statistical processes reveal previously undiscovered customer segments. The results are visualized by means of an “Opportunity Landscape.” Based on these results, we develop a customer-centric product, market or innovation strategy for your company.
Our work approach is customized. For each of our clients, we offer individual project framing tailored to their growth challenge, framework conditions and capacities. In addition to the full implementation of an Outcome-Driven Innovation® project, we also offer Action Learning Workshops and Pilot Projects. For more information, please contact us.
