PERI used ODI to determine the needs of a target group that so far little to no research existed about – Scaffolding E&D contractors in Germany. ODI and JTBD helped them to systematically discover and assess their clients’ unmet needs by providing a clear process and framework – what they came to call “knowledge meets methodology”. With Edizon PERI was able to discover underserved clusters in the market and derive targeted measures to better serve theier current and future customers.
